    3. Data Collection & Processing

    We utilize Google Firebase (provided by Google Ireland Ltd) to power our backend infrastructure and analytics.

    • Pseudonymous Data: For users who do not sign in, we collect pseudonymous identifiers (such as Firebase Installation IDs and device information). This data is used solely for app stability, performance monitoring, and basic usage analytics. It does not identify you personally.
    • Authenticated Data: In apps where we offer a Sign-In option, we collect your Email Address only if you choose to authenticate. This data is used to synchronize your user profile across devices.
    • User Photos: When using certain app features, you may take photos directly within the app. These images are transmitted securely to our backend server for processing and storage. Photos captured inside the app are removed from local temporary storage on your device after transmission. We do not access or read your device’s photo gallery.
    • Precise Location Coordinates (Latitude/Longitude): When you use specific location-based features, our app transmits your location coordinates securely over HTTPS/TLS to our backend API and the Google Places API to fulfill location-based service requests. Location data is collected only for app functionality when features are actively used.
    • We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within our app. AdMob automatically collects and shares certain device information with advertising partners to serve personalized ads, run analytics, and prevent fraud. This includes:
      • Device Identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID / GAID)
      • Approximate Location (inferred from IP address)
      • App Interaction Data (ad impressions, clicks, app crashes)

    4. Data Storage & Security

    Data processed via Firebase is stored in secure data centers, primarily within the European Economic Area (EEA).

    We do not sell your personal data. We transfer data to third-party Service Providers solely to operate and improve our apps:

    • Infrastructure & Database: Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd)
    • Location Search Services: Google Places API
    • Advertising & Analytics: Google AdMob

    6. Account & Data Deletion

    • Upon receiving a deletion request, all account identifiers, user profile details, email addresses, and uploaded photos associated with your user ID will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
